This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are food items, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
The product delivered is damaged during delivery
The wrong product was delivered
The product packaging is defective or compromised
The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must remain unopened and unused
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification
Nora Foods reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened food products
Products that have been partially used
Items returned after the 48-hour reporting period
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
4. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders placed by restaurants, distributors, caterers, or retailers are subject to confirmation before delivery.
For bulk purchases:
Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Returns or replacements for bulk orders may require additional verification.
5. Refund Process
If a return request is approved, Nora Foods may offer one of the following solutions:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.
